Some draft pages have not been updated by po4a. I don't know why
they were not updated. Draft pages forced to be updated in the
previous commit. This commit updates release pages.

Only following pages have meaningful changes:
posix_fadvise.2, sync_file_range.2, pthread_setcancelstate.3,
ipv6.7, packet.7, unix.7, uri.7, x25.7.
Changes in other pages are just version number update.
