Some man pages were not update properly. I executed po4a with --force
flag to apply the changes in ja.po to translated pages.

ipv6.7, packet.7, unix.7, uri.7, x25.7.
Changes in other pages are just version number update.

Work around in commit bc2f0e5 turns out insuffient in [JM:00657].
